Secure lodging arranged quickly after arrival mishap. Breakfast offered the next morning, showing some consideration for inconvenienced guests.
Miscommunication on reservation led to overbooking. Noise from the surrounding city disrupted sleep, especially with traffic and local wildlife during the carnival season. Lack of a private bathroom in the room felt limiting.

The serene location overlooking the valley provides a peaceful retreat, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The uphill walk back from town can be a bit strenuous, especially after a long day of exploring.

i was almost ready to leave a positive review, but the noise from the city was just unbearable. The shower was cold, which should NEVER happen. and despite all the drama with my reservation, they didn’t even give me a room upgrade or complimentary breakfast. just really unimpressed with their so-called hospitality.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The kids' playground kept everyone entertained while we enjoyed the beautiful terrace views. The atmosphere was so chill, and I loved that it’s just a quick walk to some great local spots. The family running the place is super friendly and helps you feel right at home.
The only downside was the noise from the city, particularly early in the mornings, which could be a bit disruptive.

Stunning views overlooking the valley provide a serene escape, complemented by the friendly hospitality of the family running the place. The breakfast was generous, featuring fresh granola that became a delightful daily treat. However, accessibility could be challenging, particularly the uphill walk back from town after a long day. Additionally, the shared areas felt a bit cramped at peak times, making it less ideal for larger groups or families. Privacy in rooms could be improved as well.

The family running the place is exceptionally friendly and engaging, offering insights into Quechua culture. The location is peaceful and situated close to nature, where I spotted some beautiful long-tailed hummingbirds in the garden. Additionally, the hotel provided a safe walking route downtown, making it easy to explore local attractions.
The shared areas can feel somewhat cramped during busy hours, limiting comfort.
